Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS POLICY

We require a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card number to be held on file to confirm your booking with us, or the accommodation to be paid in full.

This is to be done at time of booking.

No booking is guaranteed unless the credit card number has been advised or the accommodation has been paid for in full.

The guest holding the reservation is responsible for payment of the whole period booked.

A 10% deposit is required at the time of placing the booking as a booking fee (this is non-refundable)

The remainder of the accommodation will be charged seven days from the date of arrival. This is non-refundable.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WEATHER, ROAD OR SNOW CONDITIONS.

ANY REFUNDS OR DATE CHANGES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHALETS MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION FEES MAY APPLY.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests can cancel outside of seven (7) days before the date of the booking, the booking fee is non refundable.

Guests can cancel within seven (7) days of the date of the booking. If so, there are no refunds for accommodation.

No refund for early departure.
